How does it work?
Holland Eats is a restaurant delivery service bringing customers and restaurants closer together. There is a $3.99 delivery fee that covers the first five miles from the restaurant. (A $1/mi pro-rated distance fee will apply after 5 miles) Type in your address and a list of all the available restaurants will be shown.
How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We typically quote between 30-60 minutes for deliveries. We recommend that large orders be placed at least one day in advance. You can schedule a delivery days, weeks, or even months in advance. All multi-restaurant orders have at least a 1 hour quote time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 616-255-4932 and a customer service representative will assist you.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If there are any problems with your order, you must call us within 15 minutes of the order being delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake.
Policies Regarding West Coast Cash
We gladly accept West Coast Cash as a form of payment. Select cash as a payment option and present the vouvher to your driver upon delivery. If the remainder of the ticket is going to be paid with a card, you may even do that when you place your order. Due to the high processing charges associated with West Coast Cash we will not be offering change if the certificate presented goes over the order total.
Policies Regarding Alcohol Delivery
If alcohol is to be ordered, it MUST be paid for with a card. We CAN NOT accept cash orders with alcohol. We will check for ID's upon delivery, and the ID provided must match the card used to place the order. It is the sole discretion of the driver to finalize the order. We will not deliver to the dorms or other buildings associated with Hope College as we know they are a dry campus. Finally, if the driver chooses not to finalize the order for valid reasons (i.e. recipient is 21 but has minors in company) the alcohol will not be handed over and there will be NO REFUND.
